How to book your holiday to 'La Encina'


We want to make booking your holiday to La Encina as simple as possible so we have provided our how to book guide below.

How to book your holiday


To start the booking process for your next holiday simply email us with your name, contact details,  and your chosen dates and we will be in touch.

Your details and requirements

Please provide us with the following information:


  • Your name and how best to contact you 
  • The dates you are looking to book
  • Number of guests (adults and children)
  • Any special requirements 

Check availability

Once we have your requirements, we will check availability and let you know as soon as we can.

Provisional booking

If the dates you want are available, we will make a provisional booking to secure your preferred dates. There is no obligation and we hold these dates for two days. If there isn't availability we will  suggest alternatives.

Confirmation

Multiples of 7 night stays applies beginning of June - end August - Saturday Changeover.

£1400 per week throughout the year for a 7 night stay.  


More flexible number of nights stay and flexible changeover days beginning September - end of May. 

If a different number of days required at these certain times of the year it is £200 per night.

Minimum Stay 5 Nights.


25% Deposit Payment required at time of booking. Balance to be paid in full 6 weeks before arrival.

Security Deposit £250 required (£250 damage deposit). 


Deposit will be refunded within 24 hours of departure.  


Preferred payment method Bank Transfer or PayPal (details will be given at time of booking).



Information required for booking is:


  • Your postal address
  • Mobile number
  • The number in your party and children's ages
  • The passport details of the person making the booking 

As soon as we have received your deposit, we will send you a Confirmation of Booking, showing details of your reservation, the amount paid, the balance due for payment and when it is due.

You can make your payment via:


By bank transfer

You can pay by bank transfer. Our bank details are available on request.

Upon arrival

The property is ready from 3pm on day of arrival and must be vacated before 10am on the day of departure, except by prior consent.


All that is left is for you to enjoy your holiday!
